Early Childhood Teachers

Broadreach is currently accepting resumes for the following career opportunities in late August 2011.

Location: in our NAEYC accredited preschool inclusive classrooms in Rockland and Belfast.

Position: Full time late August 2011

Job Summary: Position will be responsible for implementing and supervising the daily operation of literacy enriched classroom.

Qualifications: Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree in early Childhood Education or related field and at least 3 years experience in teaching preschool programs. High Scope Curriculum and Special Education is a plus.

Salary Range: Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. Salary range is $13.50- $17.00 an hour depending upon experience.

PreK program Teacher

Location: Waldo County

Position: Full time late August 2011

Job Summary: PreK program Teacher in Waldo County. Teacher will be responsible for implementing and supervising the daily operation of literacy enriched Four Year Old program classrooms. This program is a collaborative with the local school districts.

Qualifications: Applicants must hold current 081 Maine Teaching Certification. Experience in Special education, High Scope curriculum and literacy education a plus.

Adult Case Management

Location: Based in Knox County

Position: Full-time position

Job Summary: Provide community integration services for persons aged 18 and older with a mental health diagnosis and need. Provide goals clarification, resource development and support for clients on identified case load as assigned. Documentation and productivity requirements as determined by Behavioral Health Program.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Counseling, Special Education or related field. Current state social work license or eligibility. Minimum of three years’ experience working with adults and families. MHRT-c certification or eligible. In-depth understanding of the Department of Health and Human Services and managed care billing preferred. Knowledge of Knox Counties and its resources.

Salary Range: Salary range is $15 to $19 per hour, with experience in the field effecting base pay.

Home-based Specialist

Location: Waldo and Knox Counties


Position: Part-time position with hours primarily late afternoon, early evening and weekends. Possibility of increased hours during school vacations.


Job Summary: Provide in-home/community supports for children/adolescents who have a diagnosis of autism and/or developmental delay


Qualifications:
High school diploma required and experience working with children/ adolescents with special needs; B.A. degree in childhood development or related field preferred. Requires Maine driver's license, clean driving record and background check.


Salary Range: Competitive hourly wage

Classrooms: Early Childhood Inclusive Program, Four Year Old Program

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and background check


Salary Range: competitive hourly wage
